Welcome to The Peaceful Chair!  I am a Registered Yoga Teacher, RYT-200, registered with Yoga Alliance. I have a love for yoga and all the benefits that it has to offer. In addition, I have over 20 years of experience working with the older adult population as a Physical Therapist. I believe a little bit of movement can go a long way. I strive to provide easy to follow and accessible chair yoga and chair exercise options, as well as resources and tips for healthy aging. Whether you are an individual looking for ways to stay active or a caregiver, I hope that you can find something useful here to help you keep the body moving and the mind engaged.
