9 Podcasts To Explore : For All Ages!
If you are already a podcast listener, you most likely already have a list of favorites and some that you probably listen to every week- or when a new episode is released. I am probably a little late to the podcast listening game, but I have found it to be a great addition to my day for a number of reasons. I think that it is always a great idea to have a variety of mediums where we get our information- and podcasts are certainly a great source for expert information (as well as for entertainment and personal enrichment). I thought I would highlight a few podcasts that are focused on the topics of mindset, stress reduction, and personal growth – or just for fun and to learn something new. There is something here for all ages – I even added in a couple for the kids (or even if you don’t have kids or grandkids- they are still pretty good!)
If you are an avid podcast listener, you know that there can be a great deal of ads- and these commercial breaks can be a bit annoying at times. For myself, I listen while I am doing other things so I don’t mind it too much. There are of course paid subscriptions that you can look into that makes them ad free if that is the route you want to take. But, there is plenty of places to listen for free!
If you are new to podcasts, here is a helpful article to help you find and listen to podcasts on various devices:
